We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board.
The "Watttrip" web application serves merely as a technical tool for the theoretical calculation and approximation of driving resistances, energy consumption, and CO₂ emissions. We explicitly do not provide binding consumption forecasts or scientifically verified measurements.
The calculated values are based on idealized physical formulas and manufacturer specifications (such as drag coefficient and frontal area). Real-world consumption on the road is influenced by countless individual factors (such as weather, inclines, individual driving style, battery condition, tire pressure) and will guaranteed deviate from the values calculated here.
We assume no liability for:

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
The "Watttrip" web application is designed as a so-called "client-side tool". This means:
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. We only activate Google Analytics after you have given your explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can revoke this consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage/cookies. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled, meaning your IP address is shortened before being saved.
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
These data are not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
If you contact us by email, your details, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
You have the right to request information about your stored personal data, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose of its collection at no charge. You also have the right to request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted. However, since we do not store any of the calculation data you enter into the app on our servers (as described in point 1), we naturally cannot provide information about this or carry out deletions on our server.
